Rules of Play:

  • All children are to be supervised by a responsible Adult. We cannot take responsibility for any children at any time.

  • Shoes are to be removed before entering the Role Play area and socks are to be worn.

  • Everybody will be expected to be respectful to staff and other visitors. We will not tolerate any abuse, violence or bullying behaviour and you will be asked to leave if this is deemed the appropriate action to take.

  • No food or drink is to be taken into the Role Play area and it is to be kept in the Café area at all times.

  • If a child is unwell they must refrain from visiting the centre for 48 hours once symptoms stop.

  • Any items within the centre that belong to My Little World must not be removed from the centre.

  • Should you have any complaints or encounter any issues please speak to a member of staff.

  • We will give a 10 minute warning near the end of each session to encourage tidying up. The we will close for 30 minutes to allow us to tidy up and clean for the next session. Any food ordered will need to be ordered near the start of the session to allow ample time for preparation and consuming.

  • In the interest of safety for everyone the door will be locked during each session so that no child can get out the main door and no unwanted visitors can get in. Should you wish to exit the centre at any time during the session please let a member of staff know so that we can let you out. All fire exit routes are clearly marked out.
